She is also a political-military analyst with a focus on: American Grand Strategy, Russia, NATO, terrorism and counter-terrorism, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Furthermore, she is interested in women, peace and security, gender equality, and democratization (democratic development).
Previous positions include: Lecturer (Course Assistant) in “Theories of International Relations”, “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy”, and “Research Methods in International Relations” at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (Bucharest), Reviewer at The Romanian Journal of Society and Politics, Expert for the non-governmental organization “Pro Democratia” Bucharest.
She did her undergraduate studies at The Academy of Economic Studies (Bucharest) and she received her PhD in Political Studies (“The American Foreign and Security Policy after 9/11”) in 2014 from The National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (Bucharest). She also studied at Lauder School of Government and Policy in Israel and NATO Studies Center in Romania.
