Colonel Mike Howard, CO, 4th Brigade, 25th Infantry Division will give a presentation based on his time as a brigade commander in Afghanistan.
He will discuss the operational environment, pre-deployment and
in-theater COIN training, Afghan Security Forces, the Pak-Afghan border
and its challenges, interagency operations and integration, promoting
good governance at the tactical level, and development and stability
operations.
